The PR93A-D6 Steelheart series pizza prep table, three section refrigerator with stainless drawers. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100 degree F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 30 cu-ft this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen. The PR93A-D6 is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR93A-D6''cludes (12) polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4'' deep (can accept 6'' deep pans). Equipped with a the drawer slides are constructed of 14 ga stainless steel with durable acetal rollers. A 93'' x 19'' x 0.5'' thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL safety (US and C) listed, ETL sanitation and includes a five years compressor warranty/three years parts and labor warranty.

Hoshizaki Electric Company was established in February, 1947 in Nagoya, Japan by Mr. Shigetoshi Sakamoto. One of the first electrical products sold by Hoshizaki Electric was vehicle horns. Over the years, Hoshizaki Electric has manufactured and sold a variety of products to include stoves, refrigerators, vending machines, water purifiers, servers and dispensers, ice-makers and refrigerated show cases. As a subsidiary of Hoshizaki Electric, Hoshizaki America was established in Los Angeles, California in December 1981. The Hoshizaki America facility in Peachtree City, Georgia was completed in 1986. An additional manufacturing facility in Griffin, Georgia began operation in early 2001. Hoshizaki America presently manufactures and markets a wide range of commercial icemakers, dispensers, refrigerators and related products to customers throughout the western hemisphere.
