Shipping Overview
Baths of America ships plumbing fixtures, hardware, and appliances using both standard parcel carriers and specialized freight services.
Free shipping is not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Some oversized or heavy items such as bathtubs, showers, and appliances require specialized freight handling rather than standard parcel delivery.
Freight Items & Lead Time
Products shipped via freight typically have an estimated 3-4 week lead time. This extra time allows for careful inspection, secure packaging and palletization, and coordinated freight transit of oversized items. Estimated lead times are noted on applicable product pages.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- A receipt or order confirmation is required
- Items that have been installed, used, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return
- Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging, parts, product literature, blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which received.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Custom, Clearance, Open Box, Specifically Fabricated and/or Display products may not be canceled or returned at any time.
- Special Order or non-stock products may be returned if the manufacturer is willing to accept the return and Buyer agrees to reimburse Seller for any restocking, cancelation and/or shipping/handling fees charged by the manufacturer.
- In the event of a return or refusal, shipping, and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable. Free shipping, rebates and all promotions are voided upon return/refusal of merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse prepaid, using the original method of shipment. If your item was shipped by a freight carrier, you must return it with a freight carrier to ensure its safe return
- Gift Cards may not be returned

Return Shipping Costs
Baths of America does not pay for return shipping costs. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping for large, heavy, or oversized items (including toilets, vanities, bathtubs, showers, and appliances) can be substantial and will not be covered or reimbursed by Baths of America.
Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund. We may request photos and packaging documentation to process a claim.
Order Cancelations
Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of placing the order. While we can try stopping a manufacturer from shipping products, we cannot guarantee a stoppage. If the manufacturer has already shipped or Baths of America has received the products at any of their locations, the order is deemed non-cancelable. Some items may incur a restocking fee up to 35% plus all incoming/outgoing shipping/handling charges. Custom, Clearance, Open Box, Specifically Fabricated and/or Display products are not cancelable at any time.
It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure their decision is firm regarding style, size, finish, etc. of the product(s) they are ordering by verifying that you, your installer, and/or the professionals you are working with are confident that it meets specifications and requirements, including local code compliance, prior to purchase.
Please confirm with your contractor, designer and/or installer that the items being quoted and subsequently ordered constitute all the related products and parts needed for your project. Baths of America will be pleased to provide you added items not included on the original quote/order, such add-ons will be billed to the Buyer separately and accordingly. Baths of America is not responsible as to whether the product fits space requirements, matches decor, and/or whether there is sufficient access for installation or use.
We always do our best to accommodate changes when possible, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
