Side to side circular airflow ensures ice-cold products even when doors are opened regularly. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in plus 100 degree F kitchens. Plus the durable stainless steel slide top lids include locks, can be easily removed for loading or unloading product. The stainless steel interior incorporates an interior floor drain for easy cleaning. While the stainless steel exterior front, sides and rear, plus a 18 ga stainless steel top will endure for many busy years.
