The PR46A Steelheart series pizza prep table, single section refrigerator with stainless door. Engineered to maintain food safe temperatures in 100 degree F ambient conditions and with a net capacity of 11 cu-ft this front breathing prep table refrigerator is the right choice for hot kitchens. It features an adjustable ducted rail air distribution system to suit any kitchen. The PR46A is constructed of stainless steel, which protects this unit from minor damage and rust. Plus, it is easy to clean. The PR46A includes six polycarbonate plastic 1/3rd size, 4'' deep (can accept 6'' deep pans). Equipped with a field reversible, spring assisted self closing door with stay open feature (no kit required). A 46'' x 19'' x 0.5'' thick white polyethylene cutting board is standard. Refrigerant flow is controlled with a capillary tube. The unit is ETL safety (US and C) listed, ETL sanitation and includes a five years compressor warranty/three years parts and labor warranty.
